hi The owner has access to a shifter LOL . 12point/Impact sockets never damages plugs . Changing fill and drain plug washers also helps . Prevents overly tight plugs . Aftermarket drain [magnet] or fill are available . Only find damaged plugs from poor previous owner maintenance or corrosion on rear diff plugs from launching boats and no hose down after . Penrite do a mini-pump for most plastic bottles .

Wurth make a good set of those corkscrew sockets.

I had my 150 booked in for ARB diff' breathers to be installed two weeks from now (before installing my KAON UVP). I'm now going to cancel that job - thank you for saving me money! Funny though, I have a recollection of you checking the rear diff breather actually on top of the diff - must have NOT been on a 150 series. Huge thank you Anthony! 👍👍

Do you know some people who are on Disability Pension or age pension and do some work for that fortnight to stay ahead with light duty work if they’re over $204 for that fortnight they pay $0.50 in every dollar that not nice for people on a Disability Pension or age pensioners who have an illness or not Most of them are an anadvantage get the highest tax to should be more like $.20 in every dollar or a little bit more not like that crazy 50 Cent in a dollar

I am about to purchase a 2021 Prado GXL. I am a previous BMW mechanic and my knowledge of Toyota Prado is not as extensive so thank you for your videos on Prado issues and what to look out for. 2021 Prado checks out very well so far and auto seems very smooth and none of the issues the 2020 Prado i road tested earlier had like trying to decide which gear mainly between 80-100 Km/h 4th, 5th, 6th over and over again which gear does it want. I found this quite annoying and when i told the dealer he said it's normal, I said No to the sale. Only worry i have is the 137,721 Kms on the late 2021 Prado i am about to buy. It has an impeccable service history with intervals of 2-3 months because of 10,000 Kms travelled in that period, then stops at 119,000 Kms. So due for service as travelled 18,000 since last service. This last service being overdue could make the 2 and a half year factory warranty invalid or non existent. Anyway 30 month old car with very good service history until last service seems in excellent condition, drives very well, A noticeable amount of more power with the extra 20 KW the 2021 update model has. Compared to its competition the Toyota Prado is far better in so many ways i see what you mean in your videos. Thanks Bloke.

U can buy a scan tool & do the coding yourself easily. You can buy a scan tool for under $500 bucks. I had to do it on my MN Triton after a mechanic pulled the injectors out to do manifold cleaning and valve adjustment. While the injectors where out he got them mixed up on the bench but said long as they were already coded for the vehicle it didn't matter which cylinder the injectors went back in. I don't know if that info is 100% correct though. Yes it did run reasonably well when it was finished but the injectors were pretty noisy and it started running a little rich. Soon as I re-coded them for each specific cylinder & then did a SQL it was back to normal & quiet again. Maybe I just imagined the other differences but I do know that it did run quieter & the egt dropped 50 deg C after the coding process.

Always a guarantied thumbs up from me.
